      Pros

      Always on the cutting edge of test technology. The company is run by people who know the industry and are genuienly interested in providing inovative solutions to the test industry.

      Cons

      Working with Germany is difficult. Sometimes these are cultural (We germans are always right!). Sometimes it is because they are so busy with so many products that they do not have time to devote to remote feild requirements.

      The technology is great even it is simple but a lot to learn. The management is very supportive to learn the various technologies

      Pros

      People are making six figures for doing no work. This is GREAT (for those folks receiving it)! Except for those who are natural hard workers and seeing their peers take it easy and getting paid more than them is very demoralizing.

      Cons

      Lots of managers have no business in their position. Technical savvy, but not leadership savvy. Lack of communication. Lots of inequity regarding to pay. Great effort does not equate to higher pay. Lots of folks idle but getting paid 6 figures. Big Welfare System.
