Pros

Verified First has a world class leadership team that makes it a priority to invest in the individuals who want to learn and grow. Verified First exemplifies many of the "Good to Great" principles, including Level 5 Leadership. If you have a chance to even apply for a position here, I would take it.

Cons

The only downside with Verified First is that there aren't enough positions available to invite all my colleagues to apply.

Pros

There are some amazing people at the organization.

Cons

The level or micromanagement is unlike I have ever seen in my career. Only certain employees are allowed laptops so they are forced to work at their desks and good luck working at a conference. You literally have to email all of management and the team your “end of day” including a task list of what you did for the day…because you know they can’t pull a sales report. But they do, that is sent every morning! Additionally they have click tracking software installed on all the sales teams computers. Your phone calls are recorded and sales meetings video recorded. You have ZERO autonomy at this company. Leadership has no trust in their employees. Ironic for a company who attempted to utilize prison labor to cut costs. VF sister company Safety Security ended up in litigation for this exact reason. If you could background screen the company on ethics they would fail. They discriminate against female employees, harassment has been a documented issue that is swept under the rug. Additionally their pay (base/commission) is far below other companies in the market. Six different employees expressed that they were lied to about the commission structure and pay by sales leadership and nothing was ever addressed.
