Shift lead folks from support consider themselves as a owner of the company, they behave like they are paying to all employees as a charity. 11. Hire and fire policy. You can not assure when will be your last Friday in the company. 12. Get ready to insulted by shift leads in front of all the office if you commit any mistake. 13. If you leave the job following all formalities, you will be in trouble at the time of getting experience letter. 14. Indian politics is far better than Verificient politics. 15.
