Employees treated with no respect Employees treated like prisoners No trust of organization on employees at all Employees watched each and every minute as if employees come in office to commit criminal activities Cameras behind each employee which is misused to its best level No Job Security at all

Management includes all the Family members who just are involved in playing cheap politics Management Family members along with servants spy on employees all the time Horrible Politics. All Political Groups which includes Management , Senior Management and HR are involved in torturing employees on baseless things Employees are treated with no respect and forced to agree on all Management decisions and policies Management Open Door policy exists with all doors opened, when it comes to hear employees voice Company Head do not have time to act on Employee voice since he is busy playing Politics along with his Family members, HR Employees who cannot please Management are asked to leave company by providing baseless reasons Too dirty atmosphere with all cheap politics, games and strategies being played by Senior Managers No company type culture since no stress and appreciation on work. Employees are only expected to play politics and please Political Groups Employees can expect no personal space and self-respect from the Company Management is having no focus on employee concerns improvement All Employees exit Company in such a small duration taking into consideration Prison and dirty environment
