Nothing, other than most of the people that aren't management. The few that haven't been laid off. This company sucks!

DO NOT WORK HERE!!! Everything about this place sucks. If I could take stars off of other reviews I would. Most of the positive reviews on here are written by management to try and boost the rating because they struggle to find employees. This is a manufacturing company run by a bunch of clowns that know nothing about manufacturing. They put all there trust into a buisness consultant that knows even less about manufacturing and doesn't even have a buisness degree. They constantly "reorganize" the company (aka: layoff a bunch of people, probably 6-8 times in the last year). If you brown nose enough you can get away with anything from stealing to drug use, but if you're just a hard worker and try to stand up for your beliefs you get put on the naughty list. You can't question management, probably because they are aware that they don't know what they're doing, and don't like looking like idiots. I couldn't recommend this company to anyone for any amount of money. This place is a train wreck, that is losing customers left and right, and a lot of there employees are wanting to leave. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!
