Training was intense but it was a pleasant experience. My trainers were amazing and they made sure we knew everything we needed to know in order to be successful on the floor.

Ms. Lynette (Trainer) Being able to help Medicaid members get to and from their appointments

Cons

Pay too low, Team leads with the exception of two (India and Kristine and Supervisor Walter) can use some training on how to work with, approach or respond to their team. They come across as rude and speak down to you like you’re an idiot. Chat questions aren’t answered timely or at all. After being hired perm. The company is unorganized but expects you to meet these metrics, back to back calls. Hour lunches cut down to 30 minutes because of the call volume so you don’t have time to regroup before getting back on.
