Pros
Senior management is fair, the company continues to strive to improve, creating valuable products and services. There is plenty of support, and efforts are made to acknowledge a job well done.
Cons
Downsized too much in the last few years due to weakened economy and crisis in the financial services industry, the level of responsibility, travel, and stress are not commensurate to the compensation. Depressing industry that has become overly competitive and commoditized, difficult to grow top line and sales while maintaining bottom line profitability.
