Pros

I like the incredible flexibility that Veriant Solutions allows. I can work more hours some weeks, and fewer other weeks. The pay is always on time and once a week.

Cons

The cons about Veriant Solutions is that some weeks have very few hours to work. Contractors are encouraged to work as much as they can. This is not a problem for me as I am working around a school schedule.

Pros

I'm thrilled to share my fantastic experience with Veriant Solutions! They've completely changed the game when it comes to finding temp-to-hire work. From day one, Veriant Solutions showed genuine care and professionalism. They took the time to understand my career goals and matched me with temp position that perfectly fit my skills. Their personalized approach made me feel valued and supported throughout the process. This opportunity turned into a permanent position and have been since promoted and am still with the company 4 years later. Thanks to Veriant Solutions, I not only found a great temporary role that turned into a permanent career but also gained valuable skills and insights. If you're looking for a temp agency that's dedicated and truly cares, I highly recommend Veriant Solutions!

Cons

All of the donuts and breakfast burritos made it difficult to maintain my waistline.

Pros

Money. You can make a lot if you are willing to make ethical and work-life balance concessions. Also the rush that comes with the sink or swim corporate America lifestyle.

Cons

Moral bankruptcy. Complete lack of owner loyalty/job security. Pressure. Enough pressure to drive a non-drinker to alcoholism. Lack of standards. Working for Veriant is kind of like working for a crazy king in a Game of Thrones novel. You are not always sure what you should do to avoid being flayed alive, and one wrong comment can lead to months of unfair treatment and abuse due to the mood swings and lack of standards from upper management. Bottom line at Veriant is get the hire no matter what the cost, and drive the consultant rate down while gouging the client for all you can. Results are the only thing that matters. How you get them is irrelevant. I can't even recommend Veriant as a good stepping stone for future sharks in the business industry, because working there doesn't give you many of the skills you will need to survive. The lack of hierarchy and the inconsistent reward and recognition system make it hard to even figure out if you are doing things right. Numerous times we were promised things, whether it was a Christmas party, a monetary contest award, or a bonus, only to have it snatched away at the last second because the owner felt we weren't deserving of it anymore. All I know is he was bragging about how much he had to pay in taxes one year while I was wondering when our Christmas party was going to happen. This was in February...
