Teamwork, salary, great benefits, and bonuses.

Only small break during day.

The money is legit. I make 6 digits but had to work to get it. Like any sales job, the longer you stay the more clients you get. They give you decent leads up front and you just need to dial the phone and try to connect with people. The collectors collect. There is hardly any turn over with the collectors unlike many other agencies. Employees stick. Ill tell you this, people come in and think they should make 100k in the first year. You don't. It took me 7 years to make 100k but I have made it 2 of the past 3. After my 2nd year I never made less then 70k. People that come on here and complain don't make it 6 months. They don't dial the phone and don't want to be held accountable. Its sales guys, you have to sale.

It is a grind. You make a lot of phone calls. Nothing is handed to you at first and you must prove yourself, but what company isn't like that? You really do make a lot of calls.
