Pros
Super laid back. You can literally steal from the company and they will still keep you. Guys were taking 2 to 3 smoke breaks in between our regular breaks, and either doubling or tripling are normal break time.
Cons
Management. From the team leads to the president, everyone is incompetent. Theres almost no communication outside the deparment you work in, so theres always supplies issues. The obvious favoritism of the bosses. Employees are prone to hazeing and borderline bullying. Employee saftey is nonexistent. Payroll has a habbit of missing overtime payments or just not giving you the full amout due on your paycheck.
