Pros
+ with colleagues we try to make the best out of it. + sometimes some interested project we managed to sell. But all people are desperately looking for these.
Cons
- Salary low and doesnt increase after a while - senior leadership pretends to be open minded but is pretty old fashioned - flexibility - a lot of big words but not always the right skillset inhouse/ experience.
