Remote work from home which is nice

12 hour time difference and inability to make changes for US clients

Some colleagues are really nice and helpful

Management is horrible in business forecasting and lack direction. They hire resources solely based on the bloated numbers given by the sales team and then lay them off without a reason saying it's a business decision. They should say it's a business failure.
