Pros

I think overall a great place to be, gives you a lot of exposure and responsibility relatively quickly, with a good support network amongst the people you work with so you never feel too overwhelmed. You end up building judgement and delivery skills relatively quickly.

Cons

Although gave me wide exposure to delivery experience, I saw my time as catering to a niche area, which is good if you want to specialise, However, it's a trade off between large responsibility and good exposure early on, and if you want a broader market exposure, and where you are in your career.

Pros

Verdantix has always treated me fairly and made me feel valuable. The firm makes you feel like you're part of the family, it's a relatively small workforce so you get to know your coworkers really well. Opportunity to learn and refine skills as a worker in the research industry. The work/life balance is great -- I've only had to work very late a few times and it was because there was a big project to close out. Verdantix is really a must join firm if you love talking about and researching technology

Cons

I've been at Verdantix for 2 years and I cant think of any major cons; It is a UK-based firm that has a few US-based employees which can be concerning but the UK-based managers try their best to make themselves available and the US-based team can almost always help address any questions.
