Poor communication from management. Morning meetings that completely waste time with no direction. Management has never followed through on their promises, ever. Funding was supposed to be secure, then 13 of us lost our job. At 3:30 on Easter, I got a call from the EA about an 8:30a meeting. At which point we were "wrangled" into a room with not enough chairs, and told as a group, we were getting let go. That's the level of professionalism you can expect here.
