      Pros

      Top dispensary in Ohio with decent systems in place. Benefits for good and competitive. As long as you do your job and go above and beyond they will work with you to take care of you. Great location.

      Cons

      High turnover rate, nepotism is at play, and most employees had a very negative attitude. Ownership could be more involved.

      Employees were (mostly) great. A lot to learn and very quick development of professional skills in the dispensary business.

      Cons

      Miscommunication, promotions done externally, there were “favorites” that had a lot of things overlooked.
