Pros
Decent salary. Global team. Some nice people working there. Interesting product.
Cons
Not trying to grow a business - the CEO and shareholders just want to up their share price. Lots of redundancies and sales team not making sales due to poor strategy and clueless senior leadership team. Don't believe the HR spin - it is not the caring flexible company they make out. People are worked so beyond their normal work hours and a lot of the senior team are doing double jobs.
