Verbena is a great business to work for, especially if you want to become a Barista. The hours are great, it's fun and welcoming work environment, and the coffee is great!

Because it is a smaller shop, the starting pay is not super high, but there are opportunities for raises and bonuses.

Wonderful cafe with supportive owners, fun team of coworkers, excellent conditions, great pay and tips, and friendly customers. Cozy small environment that stays busy enough to be fun and engaging without being too fast-paced or overwhelming. Solid specialty coffee training and lots of resources for anything you want to learn about coffee. The best barista job you could ask for.

No cons, one of the best environments I have ever worked in, especially for the coffee/food service industry.
