9yThank you for your feedback. We are committed to creating a positive and transparent environment for all employees, so we’re disappointed to hear about some of your experiences. We’d like to offer some clarity on several of the points addressed in this review.
Management: Team members that are performing below expectations receive additional coaching and mentorship from the management team. We strive to help all employees be successful in their role.
Temp-Perm: Some team members are hired temp-to-perm via staffing agencies. After completing one week of training modules, new team members are expected to show improved performance month to month until they are performing at expectations in month three or four. The process is transparent as goals are outlined during the training week, tools for tracking performance are provided and each team member receives their performance stats and KPIs on a monthly basis. During the initial training period it can happen that a team member or management may decide that phone-based primary research is not the right role for them.
Promote from Within: Project Managers and Research Analysts all started as Research Associates and there have been two promotions in the last 12 months.
