Pros

I joined when team was very small and I don't talk much, here my work is speaking for itself which I like. People are genuinely good, founders also. They listen and understand everyone's perspective, doesn't matter junior or senior. No unnecessary politics like other places. Feedback culture is real here, not just for show. Whatever feedback is given, leadership takes it seriously and you see changes actually happening. Growth opportunity is crazy. If you are good and take ownership, company gives you platform to become great. The kind of things you touch in 6 months here, somewhere else you won't see in 3 years also. From day one I am working on backend systems running in production. One thing I want to mention, in 1.5 years our product has not gone down even once. For SaaS this is big. Business side is also sorted so no tension of company shutting down, just focus on building. It is like close-knit family only. We fight, we ship, we celebrate, all together. For someone who wants to grow fast and don't mind putting effort, I will recommend Verbaflo any day.

Cons

It is startup so challenges are there. Performance bar is high, you have to be on top of your work. People who can't keep up they struggle. Some processes are still being built so sometimes things feel chaotic, but this is normal for this stage only and improving month by month. Stressful phases will come, part of journey. But difference is, when you raise it, something actually happens.

Pros

I joined a few months back from a completely different background, with almost no exposure to the industry. On paper, it shouldn't have worked. It has been the best four months of my professional life. What sets this place apart is a culture where you are genuinely exposed. You are given ownership of problems you have no business owning yet, and trusted to figure them out. When you get stuck, leaders make the time to teach. When you make mistakes, the response is about fixing and learning, not about blame. I broke something important in my first few weeks. It was treated as a learning moment, not a process failure. That told me everything I needed to know about the culture. The AI piece is what I am most grateful for. AI is not a buzzword here, it is the way we work. Every function builds with it daily. I came in describing myself as a tech beginner. Four months in, I am building things I did not think I was capable of. That growth is not incidental. It is the design of the company.

Cons

The honest part: the pace is unrelenting and the scope is broad. You will move across multiple functions in the same week. If you want a narrow role with predictable hours, this is not it. If you want to ship more in 6 months than you did in 2 years anywhere else, this is exactly the place.

Pros

- People are supportive and work as a team - also willing to help across different departments when assistance is needed - You get trusted with a good amount of responsibility early on, which is invaluable for growing into the role - There are strong learning opportunities, especially from exposure to client work early on - The teams work closely together, so there is a constant effort to improve processes and make day-to-day work easier - Great mentor and onboarding process, which made the integration process a lot easier - Get to wear many hats and there is a wide variety of possible work, keeping it interesting

Cons

- The company is fast moving, so there can be a lot to take on at once. It is a great environment if you are motivated and willing to learn, but it may not suit someone who prefers a slower pace or very fixed responsibilities
