If you are willing to put in the time to recruit quality candidates, there is a plenty of opportunities to make a solid commission on top of your base salary. The Account Managers and Executives are some of the most supportive group I have ever worked with. They know the “rollercoaster” world of staffing/consulting and their dedication to success strikes true to their roots as they will help source, screen and support candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
Cons
The jobs are not the easiest to fill as they have a higher-level clearance and high-level Consultants SME's for certain technologies that are hard to find but I think you can find that anywhere. Account Managers and Business Development Managers are always working to aid this with easier jobs and non-cleared requisitions.
