Pros
Benefits package, work environment, management. I worked at Verastem in their HR department for almost five years after college. This company truly raised me. As a young professional I felt constantly supported and the professional development provided was amazing. Working directly for HR can be intimidating but this team goes above and beyond to support their employees. I am lucky that I got to be a part of the Verastem family. Keep on keepin on!
