- The work is cyclical and in demanding seasons, it can be very stressful, and mentally taxing. In slow seasons, you will be assigned a plethora of meaningless tasks.
-Employees are tasked to create FAQs but there are no meaningful metrics to demonstrate their utility, more & more tickets seem be coming in regardless. FAQS are NOT the problem, the product is bad plan and simple.
-Executives seem to value profitability over employee welfare. I get it you want to please the private equity firm but what cost?
