- There is always interesting work to be done as new clients engaged - There are multiple long lasting clients that have come to trust Veracity and the value they bring - As a consulting company that is mostly staffed by independent consultants, Veracity does a good job of creating consistent experience for clients - Many consultants have commented that working with Veracity as an independent consultant is different in a positive way than working with other consulting firms - New leadership seeks to empower others and raise the bar - The company is hyper-focused on the client experience - Great people to work with at the company and we truly care about one another - New leadership is really willing to change even long-standing policies and practices to improve both the consultant and client experience
Cons
- While there are many areas of consulting that have a constant pipeline of work, there are also many areas where there is short-term work. Veracity cannot keep all of their consultants busy because the pipeline ebbs and flows for some disciplines - Sometimes process seems a bit heavy for such a small company - Management style on tough topics could sometimes be better
