      Sharp growth if you are able to handle client communication, manage people and drive continuous business.

      Cons

      Not much...Saturdays are half days. If you have project deliverable you may require to stay late.

      Great place to start your career. Tremendous learning. Great technology exposure on platforms like SAP, Salesforce ,SugarCRM, Magento etc. Good exposure talking to international customer.

      Cons

      Slightly lower than market starting salary.
