Low salaries, minimal support from superiors, zero work-life balance, Flexible Time Off (which is not flexible, can not be used, and will not be paid out). Union employees have full backing of upper management, however middle managers are left out in the cold. Supervisors will pile an insurmountable amount of tasks onto your plate, effectively making it impossible to do all of them while actually doing your real job. Constant revolving door of middle managers is terrible for morale. Senior managers are very selfish about protecting their own time off at the expense of everyone else’s sanity.
