Pros
There a lot of turnover which means if you are patient and ambitious you will be able to move up the company fairly quickly. They have a fantastic graduation reimbursement program. Good benefits. A fairly easy job, great for individuals right out of college as a way to enter the workforce.
Cons
Pay is not in accordance with the Boston Housing Market despite majority of onsite's being located int eh Greater Boston area. Work can be kind of dull ( picking up waste every single day). They rely heavily of temp-to-hire which facilitates the rapid turnover rate. These employees are paid significantly less for about 6-9 months, making them understandably disgruntled workers.
