      A good place to have exposure to different waste treatment facilities.

      Cons

      Singapore management teams are lack of hazardous waste handling experience, poor leadership with self centered minds. Won't appreciate and not receptive to constructive advice. Management team prohibit and do punishment for safety alert and cross-functional improvement idea contributor.
