'manager/ director' very closed minded. no career development opportunities, education package almost impossible to access ( very much for the clique ), regular random dictates' that impact on contractual agreements / custom and practise agreements, continual race to the bottom to provide client cheaper( more competitive service) at expense of grass root employee,
