Does not have work life balance or as promoted in interview flexi time is not given. Management have incorrect attitude towards staff not a peoples person environment. Management have no back bone to stand up to what is right or wrong - bully environment where people in authority bury there heads. Work together with other offices instead of against them - especially head office!!
