People are nice. They care about each other and willing to explain thing if you don´t understand them. The objective of the company is great ("resource the world").
Cons
The company is a environmental services company, so you usually work in the client´s location. That has some disadvantages since it leads the company to be too spread out. This could conduce to an autonomous point of view of each site, for example, losing the identity or support of the rest of the company.
