Flexible working hours Great product

No place for voicing your opinion, you will never be heard. They prefer you being quite, if you disagree with management they will get rid of you. Very poor internal communication. No transparency, every department functions on its best interests not carrying about the consequences some actions creating for other departments Low salaries, broken promises of raises. No space for growth, company doesnt invest in people. Senior management is full of "old good friends" and that makes it impossible to get through when serious issue appears. HR department functions purely in the interest of company, so its a good idea to be part of union, so you are covered if something happens.
