      Pros

      - An ability to make an impact on a growing business - A tight knit, hardworking and passionate team - Build relationships with C-Suite execs at other high profile start ups - Design and executive key strategic initiatives - An opportunity to grow and expand your role in the business

      Cons

      There are some pain points when you work on a small team. There are also a ton of positives, which for me, drastically outweigh any issues.

      The NETWORK. The value shared in those pod meetings in exceptional. And the community is the best network in NYC.

      You have to like working in a small team environment. Not for everyone.
