Pros

No one who is here doesn't want to be here and there's a strong sense of "family". There's always work to do, but the leadership team strongly fosters an atmosphere of quality and care for our clients best needs. The atmosphere is casual and easy-going and there's a lot of room to grow in the company.

Cons

Venveo is not for the faint of heart, everyone works hard and isn't afraid to put in a little extra effort. Sometimes this means working late or working over a weekend if necessary.

Pros

The company works with a fast-paced, innovative, think-outside-of-the-box, ambitious mindset in everything they do, including their intern program. Although the company is not too large, they welcome their interns and foster an environment of growth. They've provided me with opportunities to learn and grow aside from working on tasks I'm given, but actually devoting time to get to know me and teach me foundational skills young adults going into the workforce need. Venveo cares about their interns' experience and is willing to take the time to give their employees the tools we need to learn and succeed. I get to work across different teams which has enabled me to learn many diffferent aspects of digital marketing. Because the company has around 60 employees I got to meet some really great people, including the CEOs, Beth PopNikolov and Zach Williams (founder). Everyone contributes to fostering an environment of mutual respect and dedication. As a full-time student, the internship program itself is very accomodating. I got to work my schedule around my academic schedule. I was able to work remotely when I was not in the area too. HR does a very good job keeping employees always learning and working as a team through monthly meetings and team-bonding events.

Cons

Sometimes the office is very empty and that is not always the case; I was not in the office very often. I also began working completely remote so there was a learning curve after onboarding to familiarize myself with the platforms we use.

Pros

You will learn a ton, and there is a lot of flexibility. Fellow employees are great to work with. The company culture is strong, despite most employees working remote.

Cons

The workload is heavy and at times stressful.
