Most toxic and unprofessional work environment - Physician Assistant Venus Mini Med Spa Employee Review

Most toxic work environment ever experienced. Management highly micromanage and do not trust or empower their employees. Management does not provide constructive criticism or effective communication. The management and owner were extremely unprofessional when interacting with the employees. Very poorly run. No cleaning services or companies are utilized by the company, and this is unacceptable at a medical office during a pandemic. I consider it a blessing that I no longer work with this company. I would not recommend this job to my worst enemy. There is extremely high turnover in all roles.
