Thanks so much for your feedback, we try to do our best make changes and adapt based on any feedback we receive.
This individual's point is well taken on the bonus structure. We were not satisfied with the payout levels as well. Subsequent to their departure earlier this year, we have rolled out a new bonus structure based on the Great Game of Business and full open book management. Third quarter bonuses were recently paid out and all team members received a bonus check, the largest quarterly bonus payout to date. We are on track for a similar performance in the 4th quarter.
As a point of clarification, we do add one additional day of vacation each year after 5 years so that you are at 4 weeks each year by your 10th year. Most companies go to 3 weeks after 5 years and 4 weeks after 10 years.
Regarding paid holidays, we have not made any change to reduce paid holidays. In fact, the last change we made to holidays was to add a day around Christmas. Not sure if this feedback has to do with the timing of holidays, as sometimes we give New Year's Eve off rather than New Year's Day when New Year's Day falls on a weekend. That could change the number of days in any one calendar year, flipping a day between years, but we still get the same number of days for all he same holidays that we always have.
Thanks again for your feedback, we do take it to heart and make efforts to continuously improve.
