      There are no pros unless you are a fresher and dont know anything. You will just understand how an agency functions.

      Cons

      The owner is super arrogant and least bothered. Only you have to work for them continuously and with false practices but they will not support you in any of the situations. People are fired on an everyday basis and salaries are not given on time. People are tortured if they know you have no backup.
