The people on the very top are largely under qualified to be running the business. Some of them have little to no knowledge of digital and hence are incompetent in guiding the digital marketing team. No prospect for career growth. Some random people get promoted within 3-6 months of joining the company. If you're not promoted in that short span, the management team will forget about you. Salary is not competitive.
