I can’t recall any Pros, Don’t join them unless you have nothing at all. Please wait for the right opportunity because if you join them its not easy way out, they will leave behind a dark spot on You.
Cons
If you are an experienced professional, never join this so-called IT consultancy. You will have nothing else to do other than cleaning the buggy code or reporting to client with how soon those issues can be fixed with little or no capacity to change anything substantial. I joined them in the year 2021 and within 3-4 months realized that my skills are totally wasted because the position they promised was never given to me on the assigned project. Their client has a fleet of solution architects and product managers to determine the approach and product enhancements and the work which is move to them is just rectifying bugs and correcting migration errors. On the Top of it, no management team exist in this organization, there is only Mr. CEO who decides everything from HR Policies to when anyone required to come and meet him in person. And if you have over 5 yrs. of experience, he expects you to connect with him(one-to-one) on weekly basis to give him the project updates. He hardly knows about the fixes anyone working on in his/her project, but he will give you his client management gyan on this hour long call every week. Also Mr. CEO organizes fortnightly townhall meeting with all the employees and expect them to switch on their camera and asked them to act, sign or tell a joke. Since he doesn’t have any organizational updates for employees. This organization is a total hypocrite, Family first is one of their values but when it comes to taking leaves for taking care of your family in Covid or around festivals like Diwali, they will implement all sorts of rubbish policies (sandwich leave policy) to stop their employees from taking leaves before and after weekend or any holidays.
