Cons
They are in a high growth mode through acquisitions. As such, there is an incredible amount of change (and chaos). Employee moral is low and some are leaving. Prior to the first merger and acquisition, this was a relatively small company with approachable management that appeared to truly care for their employees. Post merger the general consensus is the employees are just a number and anyone is expendable.
