Workload becomes unmanageable when certain departments increase their output. One technician has to handle too many tasks at once. When a technician resigns, the remaining staff must support extra work without any replacement. Responsibilities keep increasing but the salary remains low. Lack of proper manpower planning leads to stress and burnout. Overtime is unpredictable, making it hard to plan finances and personal time. Management pushes excessive workload into normal working hours instead of allowing proper OT. The 4-day work schedule becomes unrealistic because the amount of work does not match the available manpower. Engineering and Production management in Block D often fail to coordinate properly, causing repeated issues and delays. Poor planning from management results in last-minute tasks and unnecessary pressure on technicians. Employee benefits are very minimal compared to workload and expectations. Medical coverage is extremely limited and does not meet basic needs for staff. Attendance allowance of RM100/month has too many deductions, making it pointless. Sometimes the allowance drops to as low as RM6/month without clear explanation. Lack of transparency in how deductions are calculated for allowances.
