Pros

- Lots of experience in a lot of different areas. - Easygoing environment. - Owner is also an engineer so not any unrealistic expectations like someone that just runs a business for money.

Cons

- No training in engineering disciplines, but manufacturing and testing do. - HR is dysfunctional. - The constant shifting of someone working in different fields means they become a jack of all trades, expert in none, you won't leave this place having a competent skill because it's not solidified. - No disciplinary procedure, one day you may be let go with no notice. - They do not follow their own company procedures, like annual reviews. - Family drama.

Pros

-Friendly, laid-back atmosphere -Great job for someone in college, good way to gain experience and looks great on a resume -Positions are flexible, you can and will get moved around and do lots of different things. Good way to gain experience, but not good if you like to do the exact same thing from month to month. -Since the company is so small, you will meet the company owner, John Baker. He's a nice guy. Also, sometimes they buy lunch for all the employees. -If you do good work, people will notice and you will be given more important responsibilities -No drug tests

Cons

-Disorganized management, lots of scrambling to finish projects at the 11th hour -Many warehouse employees are hired as contractors meaning no health benefits in a work environment that is sometimes hazardous. No withholding from paycheck, but you still have to pay come April 15th. -Due to people being moved around, employees sometimes do not know what they are doing and produce inconsistent work which may have to be done over again. -Being a small, one of a kind company means there are few standards
