-Friendly, laid-back atmosphere -Great job for someone in college, good way to gain experience and looks great on a resume -Positions are flexible, you can and will get moved around and do lots of different things. Good way to gain experience, but not good if you like to do the exact same thing from month to month. -Since the company is so small, you will meet the company owner, John Baker. He's a nice guy. Also, sometimes they buy lunch for all the employees. -If you do good work, people will notice and you will be given more important responsibilities -No drug tests

-Disorganized management, lots of scrambling to finish projects at the 11th hour -Many warehouse employees are hired as contractors meaning no health benefits in a work environment that is sometimes hazardous.
