fun to work with the kids, coworkers are great, upper-management "listens" to feedback

the scheduling is inconsistent, you'll be sent all around Pittsburgh and have to go to storage to pick up materials and drop them back off after but there's no mileage reimbursement within Allegheny County (which is where most programming is), upper management doesn't actually seem to care if the kids learn anything about outdoor education
