Pros
Venture-Net Partners brings an extremely talented, accomplished, intelligent and creative team. The working environment is relaxed but intense and professional. Compensation is performance based but can be extraordinary. There are no feuding cliques or office politics to worry about.
Cons
The corporate culture is competitive. There are no back-stabbers but if you need to be nurtured, coddled or handheld, this is not the shop for you. Competition is performance based. Your experience and/or credentials may get you through the door but after that, your analyses and recommendations better make sense - and be right most of the time.
