Company driver hauling Subaru freight - Company Driver Venture Logistics Employee Review

Poor communication, disrespectful management who doesn't care about employees, poorly maintenanced Trucks, no money/miles. Can't get over 400 miles a day. when requesting a new dm because my current dm was disrespectful and doesn't do his job I was told by driver relations to suck it up and deal with it. Poor training, they teach you how to pass the state exam not how to be a safe /legal driver. No opportunity for growth
