Pros
The people who are there doing the day to day work are great. Staff working with the clients are great. The company has the ability to be good--they just have to make that choice.
Cons
It's a total boys club. The family who owns it has their family working there. These guys hired their friends. The upper crust of the company is NOT AT ALL DIVERSE. And the rich get richer while the direct care staff get nothing. There is no support in place to help people in the entry level positions move through the company. No professional development unless you're in admin. It's honestly gross.
