Great team and working environment - Service Scheduler Ventro Employee Review

Most managers don't know how to manage and have no training. Ventro promote mental health but don't support you when you need it. No training is provided and you're expected to do 3 people's jobs as well as your own, then told you're not performing in your job. People say it's fast paced, but it's just under staffed, not structured or organised and the pay isn't worth getting out of bed for. Not with the stress, no support and no team playing. All departments work against eachother rather than work with eachother and no one holds accountability for anything. The staff turnover is extremely high. The parking is non existent.

Very friendly and fun culture. There's a lot of dedication, enthusiasm and passion driven from the top which is inspirational. You need to be a grafter to keep up with the incredible pace of this company, otherwise you will likely be the odd one out! Generous and regular reward structure.

You need to work hard, very hard, but you're rewarded for it.
