Pros

1. Good learning experience for beginners, especially freshers starting their careers 2. Hands-on exposure to real project work, helping build practical technical skills 3. Time given initially to learn, strengthen communication skills, and develop decision-making abilities

Cons

1. No salary hikes and no defined hike cycle 2. No employee benefits provided—no bonuses, no insurance, and no additional perks 3. Strong management-level politics and a toxic work culture, with false promises made to employees 4. Typical 9-hour workdays focused only on work, with no refreshments, no team or company outings, and no employee engagement initiatives—employees are expected to plan and spend their own money 5. POSH programs exist, but are ineffective—some employees still make personal remarks and speak behind others’ backs, and management ignores or indirectly supports such behavior 6. Presence of a few individuals in positions of power who misuse authority, manipulate situations, and treat employees unfairly

Pros

Strong sense of unity among upper management, mostly because they are all old friends.

Cons

Management consistently fails to keep its promises regarding salary hikes, bonuses, and employee growth. For the past couple of years, employees have been given repeated false commitments and vague statements about “big things coming,” but nothing has ever been delivered. Despite acquiring multiple new clients and projects, there’s no transparency or fair recognition for the employees driving the success. The CEO seems completely disconnected from employee concerns and benefits, showing no effort to understand or improve the situation. Meanwhile, it’s unclear if the Indian top level management is even updating the leadership accurately, as decisions appear biased and focused more on personal connections than fairness or performance. Some Team leads often lack professionalism, communication skills, and respect toward their colleagues. There are no visible efforts from HR or senior management to correct these behavioral and ethical issues. Overall, the company culture has become demotivating and unfair, making it difficult to stay engaged or trust the organization’s direction.
