Pros
From the interview right through to onboarding and my first day, the experience has been really positive. Ventia’s Talent team were great to deal with communication was clear and consistent, and the online onboarding was super easy. On my first day, my manager was very thorough, made sure everything was set up properly, and walked me through a well planned week ahead. It was really nice to see that level of organisation and proactiveness from day one.
Cons
One small improvement could be offering candidates the option to provide their own police clearance if they already have a valid one, as this may help speed up the onboarding process
