Culture is really great. Lots of involvement from higher-ups to make sure everyone is included. Some examples include: - Bi-weekly presentations to highlight employee achievements or allow people to share anything they want - Dinner & Drinks - Hosted events

Since the nature of consultancy work is very fast-paced, difficult to be a part of a long-term project and gain deeper understanding/product knowledge.
