No support for long-term work from home. Growing city and population, with limited council support for increasing budgets/staff, which translates to more work and longer hours for existing staff.

Good pay and benefits. Good front line people to work with. Had a positive teamwork culture.

Horrible to non existent communication. Learn what is impacting your department from outside rumors or newspaper. Micromanaging is creeping in.
